Conditions for a Declined Refund

We will not refund your purchase in the following situations:

- No refunds will be given after 14 days from the initial purchase.
- If the product was downloaded but you simply changed your mind.
- If you bought a product or a package by mistake.
- If you refuse the help of our team to assist you with the theme or plugin installation and set up as in the demo.
- If you claim that there is a problem with the theme or plugin without providing additional details.
- Due to the possibility of dishonest tactics, we reserve the right to refuse refunds on the All Products Package.
- If we determine the refund policy is being taken advantage of or is abused.
- If we detect that the product is installed on a customer website.
- If you benefited from technical support from our team. In such cases, we’ll provide a partial refund.
